Transport, Setup/Takedown & Preparation

• Labor time: 30 CHF/h
• On-site setup/takedown: 30 CHF/h
• Pre-/post-preparation per stand: approx. 30 min → 15 CHF per stand
• Helper: 30 CHF/h (optional). A client-provided helper is possible – liability for errors lies with the client; the helper follows my instructions (see Terms).
• Travel/transport: based on distance & travel time (see calculator/info on this page).
• Insurance/protection: See Insurance

Personalized Light Shows (SoundSwitch/DMX)

Flat fee: 100 CHF per event (independent of rental duration, covers rental of controller/software).

• Included: Laptop with SoundSwitch, Behringer USB audio interface (beat detection), DMX-USB adapter, DMX & audio cables.
• Requirement: All lights must be correctly wired, addressed (DMX address/mode) and operational.
• Configuration by client or on request by me (see setup/takedown).

Content & Prices

• Up to 128 scenes of 16 bars each, beat-synced (loopable).
• Price per scene: 15-20 CHF (in addition to the flat fee). Workload approx. 20–40 min per scene.
• Colors, mood & music genre according to client specifications.
• Note: With unclear beats, slight timing deviations may occur.
• Included: DMX configuration of all lights if the personalized show is booked.
• Alternative: Self-programming or using automatic SoundSwitch presets (included).

Professional Light Shows (Serato-Sync)

• Requirements: DJ mixer with Serato DJ Pro support, complete playlist on USB; DJ uses Serato DJ (software/laptop provided).
• Price: approx. 150-400 CHF / light-hour , in addition to the 100 CHF flat fee.
• Individual quote on request.
