Discounts for Education & Youth

20% discount for:

• Students (with valid student ID)
• Student associations & youth organisations
• Schools & educational institutions

How to get the discount (3 options):

1. Permanent discount in your account (recommended):
   Create a customer account first, then contact us and send valid proof (student ID, etc.). After verification, the 20% discount is permanently added to your account and applies to every booking.
2. Get a voucher code in advance (contact form):
   You can also message us via the contact form and, after providing proof (student ID / association / organisation), receive a voucher code to use directly during checkout.
3. Show your ID at pickup (added afterwards):
   If you don’t want a permanent discount or voucher code: show your ID at pickup and we’ll apply the discount afterwards (shown on the final invoice).
   Important: This is only possible if you selected the 20% deposit option when booking. With full payment, no retroactive discounts can be applied.

The discount cannot be combined with other discounts and applies only with valid proof.

Small Orders & Minimum Value

• Bookings below CHF 15 are not possible.
• For a cart value below CHF 50, a CHF 10 small-order fee applies.
• From CHF 50 onwards, no small-order fee is charged.

Note: The cart value refers to the amount shown at checkout (after any discounts). The small-order fee will be shown as a separate line item in the cart/checkout.

Rental System – Simple & Fair

• You pay only for the event time: One event usually equals 1–2 days / 1 night.
• Free pickup & return days: Pickup the day before and return the day after are free of charge – subject to availability and on request.
• Fixed pricing tiers: The price increases stepwise depending on event duration (not per day).
• Maximum online rental: 7 days (longer periods on request).

Assume the base price (1–2 event days) for a sound system is CHF 100:

Deposit Notice

For rentals of around CHF 200 or more, a deposit may be required. The amount depends on the equipment and is usually CHF 100–300.

Why a deposit?
The deposit covers damage, loss, or late return. It protects both sides: You receive reliably working gear, and we are covered in case of issues.

Refund:
The deposit is refunded after timely and complete return of the equipment in proper condition.

Retention (full or partial):
A deduction or retention may apply if:

• equipment or accessories are returned damaged or heavily soiled,
• parts are missing or lost,
• the return is late.
