Terms such as \u201cpersonal data\u201d, \u201cprocessing\u201d, \u201cprofiling\u201d follow Art. 5 revDSG. For EU\/EEA visitors, Art. 6 (1) lit. a\u2013f GDPR applies.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"hosting\">4. Hosting, server logs &#038; security<\/h2>\n  <p>Our website is hosted on our own server in Switzerland. When visiting, server log files are processed automatically (IP address, date\/time, URL, referrer, user agent). These are used for security and error analysis.<\/p>\n  <p>We use TLS\/SSL encryption (\u201chttps\u201d). Technical and organizational measures protect your data according to the state of the art.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"cookies\">5. Cookies &#038; consent management<\/h2>\n  <p>We use cookies to provide the site (necessary) and \u2013 with consent \u2013 for analytics\/marketing. Customer account &#038; rental\/order processing<\/h2>\n  <p>During rental processes, you may optionally create an account. We process master data (name, address), contract and transaction data, communication data. Purpose: contract performance, customer service, invoicing, legal duties.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"shop\">8. WooCommerce &#038; RnB (rental system)<\/h2>\n  <p>We use <strong>WooCommerce<\/strong> together with the <strong>RnB (Rental &#038; Booking)<\/strong> plugin to manage items, availability, reservations and contracts. Data collected: name, contact, billing\/shipping address, rental duration, prices, payment status.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"zahlung\">9. Payment processing<\/h2>\n  <p>Payments are offered via credit\/debit card. Processing is done by <strong>Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.<\/strong><\/p>\n  <p>Necessary data (name, address, payment info, amount) is transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store full payment data. Stripe may transfer data outside Switzerland\/EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"newsletter\">10. Newsletter<\/h2>\n  <p>If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address exclusively for this purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"analyse\">11. Analytics &#038; marketing<\/h2>\n  <p>We use \u2013 only with your consent \u2013 tools for reach measurement and advertising (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Details are provided in the cookie banner.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"social\">12. Social media<\/h2>\n  <p>We maintain profiles on platforms such as Instagram or TikTok. When visiting, the privacy policies of the respective operators apply.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"drittempfaenger\">13. Disclosure to third parties \/ processors<\/h2>\n  <p>We only disclose data to third parties where required for contract performance (e.g. payment, hosting) or legal obligation. Data processing agreements exist with service providers.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\">14. Data retention<\/h2>\n  <p>We retain personal data as long as necessary for the purposes or as legally required (e.g. tax retention 10 years).<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"rechte\">15. Your rights<\/h2>\n  <p>You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Please contact the above address.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"pflichtdaten\">16. Obligation to provide data<\/h2>\n  <p>Some data is required to conclude a contract (e.g. name, address). Without it, we cannot provide rental services.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"aenderungen\">17.
